As promised to Mandira, here I am giving the recipe for pooran poli (described as seen while mom’s cooking).
Ingredients:Yellow lentils (tur dal/togari beLe)Jaggery (gud/bella)(crushed into powder)Maida + fine sooji(also called chiroti rava)Elaichi/yelakkiwater
