It’s time I did that post which I so wanted to do since a long time. Getting to the point, here I want to mention the movies which I’ve put in my to watch list. These have wonderful cast and great stories.
The trigger to this was that I got to watch a piece of Cyanide which simply captivated my whole self for the time I got to watch it. So I decided to dig out the movies which will have some of substance in them, and make it a point to watch them soon. Here goes…
Dweepa
Taayi saheba
Tabrana Kathe
Ghatashraddha
Naayi neralu
Kaanooru Heggadathi directed by Girish Karnad for which I did not get the Wiki link.
These movies have created a kind of curiosity and interest in me as never before. We have many wonderful stories in kannada movies. I also like movies like Beladingala baale. It is till date one of my favs. One reason being Ananth Nag.
So go ahead kannada bloggers and list down the good but different movies having wonderful storylines. I would like to add them to my list.
Updated:
On second thoughts, how about our dear kannada bloggers take this up and list out few movies on their blog they’d like to watch. Not the mainstream, but off beat or art kind of movies. Cue for Swaram, Pixie and Niv. See I gave you idea for your next post.

Me: That s a long list. I have a long list too, of these kind of movies. The list I’ve put up is of a different kind. Of different movies. You know those which most people don’t bother to take a watch but which are surely worth a watch. The ones I’d like to call off-beat, or art kind of movies.
I’m sure I wouldn’t find these movies so easily.
I too didn’t used to like it before. But now I’ve taken to liking them given the brilliant performances and strong storyline.

Can any one? Also if you have any link to download this from torrent sites, highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance…Cheers!
